🥬 Our recent Kimchi Making Class was the perfect example of that spirit.

People from all over the world came together to chop, mix, season, and laugh as we created our own batches of kimchi — guided by Ahn Myung Ja, a true master of traditional Korean flavors. From learning the meaning behind each ingredient to experiencing hands-on techniques passed down through generations, every moment brought us closer to the heart of Korean culture.

The atmosphere was warm, lively, and full of curiosity. It was more than a cooking class — it was connection, culture, and shared experience wrapped into one beautifully spicy workshop.
